A successful candidate will have experience in a previous 4 & 5-star Spa, possess strong customer service skills, and value integrity, loyalty, empathy, and honesty.

Responsibilities:

• Use massage techniques to treat various ailments and injuries.
• Manage client schedules and appointments.
• Performs Water-Treatment Services (Vichy).
• Promote services and secure client retention.
• Carry out the duties of body treatments and cleaning.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Massage Therapy License (LMT)
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
• Minimum 2 year of professional experience (spa or clinical setting preferred)
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities

Skills & Attributes

• Proficient in Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to customize treatments based on client needs and wellness goals

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with Weiler Academy standards
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols in treatment rooms
• Educate clients on wellness practices and recommend follow-up services
• Participate in team meetings, training, and promotional events
