North Shore Country Club is an very active, family-oriented private club located 15 minutes north from downtown Milwaukee and a few miles from Lake Michigan. With 27 Championship holes, fantastic tennis and pool programming for all ages, and renovated clubhouse bar and new outdoor dining opened in 2024, North Shore has positioned itself as one of the top facilities in the area.

North Shore Country Club is looking for a qualified Assistant Professional for the 2026 season. This position is seasonal that will run April 15-November 15th (Start and end dates are flexible depending on the candidate)

Experience Required

The position requires a driven individual with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an emphasis on customer service. Willing to teach necessary skills to a motivated candidate.

Essential Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Hospitality

• Knowledge of Golf Genius is a preferred
• Club Fitting and Repair
• Cart Repair
• Assist with Junior Golf program of 185+ kids
• Assist with Tournament Operations for Women, Men, and Outings
• Assist with the Golf Shop and merchandising program
