Overview

Stevens Point Country Club is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests while supporting the Head Golf Professional and overall golf operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member and guest service in all areas of golf operations
• Assist with daily golf shop operations, including tee sheet management, point-of-sale, merchandising, and inventory control
• Coordinate and manage tournaments, leagues, and events (including scoring and Golf Genius administration)
• Prepare scorecards, tee sheets, and event materials
• Provide golf instruction and clinics when applicable
• Enforce club policies and pace-of-play standards in a professional manner
• Assist with outside operations as needed, including cart staging and player services
• Support new member integration and promote an inclusive, welcoming golf environment
