Sullivan Saloon, a beloved family-owned bar and restaurant, is looking for a Kitchen Lead to join our close-knit team. Our kitchen closes at 8 PM, so you can enjoy a predictable schedule with no late-night shifts. Most of our guests are locals and regulars, making this a friendly, welcoming environment where you can take pride in serving great food to people who feel like family.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency of all dishes
• Lead, train, and support kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with owners on menu ideas and specials

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
