We are in search of a Outside Service Manager to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

Experience Required

Experience Required

• PGA Member or Apprentice preferred (or desire to start PGA Program)
• Love of golf and desire to be in the industry
• Golf Genius Knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of the game of golf (including rules)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate well with a team and guide others
• Must have the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Will require standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Lead the outside operation of our golf staff (cart staff, rangers and starters).
• Setting up and breaking down the range
• Staging carts and assisting guests with clubs
• Work with golf professional staff to assist in tournament outing operations.
• Be a role model for work-ethic desired to have a high quality guest service team.
