About the Role:

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!

This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Own and manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary financial expert.
• Proactively initiate outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship development.
• Conduct in-depth financial conversations to uncover needs and deliver strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Cash Management, Mortgage, Wealth) to deliver holistic financial strategies.
• Advise on and open complex products (consumer loans, IRAs, business accounts).
• Maintain advanced product expertise and digital fluency.
• Drive business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and consultative engagement.
• Monitor and mitigate risk, applying advanced fraud and compliance knowledge.
• Represent the Bank in the community and participate in strategic projects.

This is a regular full-time, hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday and 9 am to 12 pm CST on Saturdays.

This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location in Eagle River, WI.

• Associate degree from accredited college or university; 3 years related experience in field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience in digital banking field.
• Demonstration of leadership in a retail/sales environment preferred.
• 2+ years banking experience required; a solid understanding of bank regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation preferred.
• Experience with customer service, cash handling, and/or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with Zelle Network Participation Rules, Bank Secrecy Act, and FDIC procedures with deposit regulation.
