Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, leading a team of dedicated staff members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of players and provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Promotions and Events: Assist in the execution of promotional events, birthday parties, corporate outings, and other special events to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of players.
- Knowledge of tactical laser tag or similar recreational activities is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of noise and activity.
