The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin, a premier multispecialty, physician-owned, and independent practice, is seeking a Vitreo-retinal Surgeon to join our growing team of three retina providers and one retina Optometrist. Share Q4 call with current providers equally. Research opportunities with pharma sponsorship. As one of the largest and most well-established eye care practices in the region, the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin offers comprehensive services, including optometry, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastic, pediatric ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, cornea, and general eye care.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $450,000 2-year guarantee—take home 100% production over threshold, minus overhead. $1,000,000+ practice potential plus partnership revenue.

• Partnership Opportunity: After two years, you will be eligible for a partnership with several buy-in options, with a six-figure passive revenue stream.
• ASC Ownership: Additional income opportunities through ownership in our on-site, clinic-owned, certified ASC.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package, including relocation support and sign-on bonus.
