The Wrightstown Community School District is seeking an exceptional educational leader with a proven record of administrative accomplishments to serve as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2026. The next superintendent needs to be a strong communicator and listener who leads collaboratively, practices servant leadership, and makes confident, student-centered decisions. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, approachable, and grounded in integrity, fostering trust and promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Expertise in teaching and learning, staff development and evaluation, and budget and finance, along with a visible and engaged presence in the Wrightstown community, will be essential to effectively serve all students and staff.
About Us:
The Wrightstown Community School District serves approximately 1,300 students in one 4K-4 elementary school, one 5-8 middle school, one 9-12 high school, and one county-wide alternate school for students with significant special education needs. The District employs a staff of about 100 certified staff, 65 support staff, and 10 administrative and department leadership staff. It has a strong, highly effective, veteran administrative team that is focused on doing what is best for students and staff, and a Board of Education that understands visionary leadership and works to support the vision of ‘excellence in student achievement’ and the mission of providing ‘a quality education for every student’ through their decisions.
Wrightstown Community Schools is regularly recognized on the DPI School Report Card as ‘Exceeds’ or ‘Significantly Exceeds Expectations’ and by statewide ranking organizations as Top 25 in Wisconsin. The District takes pride in being a high-performing, low-spending district of choice for families and employees.
It is a growing District with strong community and family support, collaborative partnerships with the area business alliance, and a developing economic base of industry and housing. It encompasses nine municipalities between Green Bay and Appleton, with a combined population of approximately 8,000 people. Located on the Fox River, it is a destination for families and businesses.
Anticipated Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
Compensation for this key leadership role will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The selected finalist will also receive a comprehensive benefits package. Specific details will be shared and discussed with candidates as they advance through the interview process.

Licensure:
Meets eligibility criteria for a Superintendent’s license in the State of Wisconsin.
