Description

Sil’s Mini Donuts makes and serves hot, fresh donuts at Milwaukee’s biggest festivals.

From PrideFest to Mexican Fiesta, from Summerfest to State Fair, Sil’s is there.

We are looking for people to help us accomplish donut success at these venues.

The job involves customer service, credit card and cash handling, working around hot oil and machinery, maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment, and serving donuts with a smile. 

This job is for the summer of 2026. We can discuss future opportunities as we move forward. 

Requirements

The job requires:

being able to walk and stand for long periods of time,

being able to lift at least 25lbs,

transportation to the Summerfest grounds or State Fair Park,

following instructions, 

working as part of a team,

staying cool under pressure,

an affinity for cleaning and organizing,

a pleasant demeanor, and

a willingness to learn new things.

You don’t have to have all of these qualities to get hired at Sil’s, but these are some of the things we look for in an applicant. 

**Thursday - Sunday availability is a requirement. We have events on other days of the week, but the most common and busiest events are in these days.**
