Compensation
55% commission on spa-provided clients
70% commission on self-generated clients
Typical earnings of $45–$70+ per session including tips

Requirements

Job Requirements
Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment
Comfortable working independently as a contractor or part-time employee
Ability to perform both therapeutic and/or relaxation massage techniques
Some evening and/or weekend (every other Saturday's, No Sunday's) availability preferred
Positive, professional attitude and client-focused mindset
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice standards
