Alois Roofing & Sheet Metal is a full-service commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal company located in West Allis, WI since 2002. We are currently hiring for multiple commercial roofing positions:

• Architectural Sheet Metal Installer
• Roofer
• Roofing Service Foreman
• Crane Operator

We are looking for people who have at least two years of experience in a year-round, full-time position Monday-Friday, however, overtime may be available during our peak season. Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $20-$40/HR. Our service area is Southeastern Wisconsin with some travel involved up to 150 miles. Must follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of different commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
• Installation and repair of commercial flat roof systems
• Perform tasks that include site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe jobsite
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools, techniques and procedures
• Commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Attention to detail, quality, and safety
• OSHA 10/30 (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Must be able to climb ladder, regularly bend, climb, and kneel
• Valid & clean CDL license (Crane Operator position)
• NCCCO certified (or certification in progress for (Crane Operator position)
