Fox Valley Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time outpatient orthopedic role in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We are a family-owned private practice, independent since 1990, with one-on-one patient care, no double-booking, 60-minute evaluations, flexible part-time options, and a therapeutic pool on site.
Full-time compensation is $85,000–$100,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates with strong manual therapy training are welcome.

Fox Valley Physical Therapy is a family-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We have been independent since 1990 and are the only private clinic in the area with a therapeutic pool.
What the role looks like
This is a private-practice outpatient orthopedic role with a mixed caseload, including post-surgical, spine, athletic, neurological, and aquatic therapy cases.
You can expect:
10–12 patients per day, one-on-one
60-minute evaluations
45–60 minute follow-up visits
No double-booking
Documentation time built into the schedule
Monday–Friday schedule
No weekends and no on-call
Full-time is 36–40 hours per week
Part-time scheduling is flexible, including options around 3 days per week
Compensation and benefits
Full-time salary: $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus

What we’re looking for
Required:
Wisconsin PT license, or eligibility to obtain one
Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
Manual therapy foundation, such as McKenzie, muscle energy, myofascial release, or joint mobilization
Comfort treating a mixed caseload across ages and conditions
Nice to have:
Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining it
Sports medicine, post-op, neurological, or aquatic therapy experience
New graduates with strong manual therapy training are welcome
